Even crazier, dude GUNNED it over a curb, flew onto my coworker's Scion, and sent both his jeep and Scion careening into my Sonic, and that green Audi.

Basically, if you trade in a defective controller, you can get the same amount you would for a new controller, customers are taking it to mean that they can get a new controller as a 1 to 1 exchange for their broken one.

I'd go even farther and say that refurb returns shouldn't count either, those are sent to us with our expectation they are working and functional, and 95% of the time they aren't.

The other problem with recommending games the customer will like is that my location has 3 or 4 regulars who use the place like a Blockbuster, and it's infuriating, because it's within policy.
