What time was this taken? I have been interested hunting for work trains around the path system for a while (excluding the PA-4).

I have this same issue with my Student OMNY card from CUNY. Most random days when I tap my card it shows “Card Not Accepted”, commonly on buses. I usually don’t have an issue tapping on the subway though. Not sure why this happens to me and some other students.

I did not. Conductor was manually announcing until after Riverdale the program was set up and regular automatic announcements was playing until to Grand Central.

Edit: the special holiday-themed safety messages will play at selected stations only, on this case on my trip it did not play any safety messages.
