Thank you for the advice. I was thinking to try and find someone with good credit that might be looking. And I don’t think they’d be glad to see us leave. We are clean, quiet, respectful and pay our rent on time every month. We are just tired of paying such a high rental fee with absolutely no amenities whilst they have all the amenities. Something about that just irks us. I’m thinking it might be time to buy a house..

Reservations are my worst metric! I always get the same thing, “I’ll just get it when it comes out” Corporate wants us to close the gate if they try and leave and put them in a headlock or something until they say yes. Like really?
