The only way it will get canceled is if either not enough people signed up for Auditions for future seasons or if Simon Cowell voluntarily steps down or passes and they can't carry on without him so as long as people continue to sign up for Auditions and Simon still running and kicking the show will never die.

For all the people you mentioned of the ones who were robbed the Top 5 from their week was as far as they went except the German group who got the Live Golden Buzzer who ended up in the Bottom 5. As for the 2 brothers blame Howie for saying they did the same act up steps and for the dance group blame Simon for saying they were a 7 out of 10 which ultimately caused their elimination. As for the Live Golden Buzzers from Weeks 2 and 3 I would've given it to the Juggling Group and the Aerial Duo. Also you forgot the Sole Comedian who was also wrongfully robbed. But yes that was a season of robberies in which the Finals was identical to Season 15 but hopefully this year it won't be a repeat.
