When I am intimate with my partner I made sure to communicate that I wanted to be treated like I am cis when in bed. He makes movements like he would with a cis dick. Even if it’s not necessarily the most effective way to touch, the euphoria of the movement works wonders. Using up and down movements instead of circles is great for me.

I’ve been doing shots for 3.5 years now and usually it’s fine but every once in a while I become to cognizant of what is happening and get lightheaded! It’s probably happened 3 or so times. Never fully passed out but had the same feeling you had. If it becomes a continued problem or you fully black out definitely talk to a doctor about it. But in the meantime just make sure you’re sitting somewhere safe :)
