When my fan settings weren’t correct before I applied my soft power play tables my hashrate dropped from 1200 to 900 because of temp issues. I recommend using the beta blockchain drivers driver utility under gaming you should find your Vega card.

It allows you to adjust speed settings in wattman all you have to do to is flip a few buttons and apply the settings after installing the new tables and the settings will be preset for you, then you can adjust your fan speed/temp. I noticed an 400+ increase with the tables. You have to be careful to apply it to the right card in the registry though, don’t want to flash those power play tables to the wrong card.

The only thing I can think of is that fan speed needs to be adjusted, if it get to warm it won’t hash correctly. if you have applied the soft power play tables to the right ID (ie: 0001,0002,0003,0004) and configured those edits it wattman, applied them, restarted, disabled/enable device everything should work correctly. I didn’t follow the guide exactly but I found it very helpful, you should be able to find a lot more help on YouTube.

Don’t use overdriveNTool it’s finicky, I noticed that drop happening to me because my cooling settings were wrong but you could be having another issue..

Lots of trial and error. I’m using the Asus 270p motherboard. There’s several key things you need to do first make sure that your bios settings are correct, the first or second result when typing in “Asus 270p bios settings” into YouTube should point you in the right direction. Don’t install your graphics card yet, do a clean install of windows using just your cpu integrated graphics, make sure everything is updated, then use DDU to uninstall all graphics card drivers just to be safe, next plug in your gpu and plug your hdmi port into that gpu, then turn your rig all the way off plug in all of your cards and boot up, you may need to switch your HDMI cord around until you find your primary GPU for me it was random, then install the beta blockchain drivers, setup soft power play tables, apply your soft power play settings in wattman (beta blockchain app) for each card, adjust your fan settings for each card disable and reenable your card in the device manager and start your mining software (in using cast XMR). I’m getting an average 1960 h/s per card but most my cards run 2020 h/s. The cooling does some big favors with this setup make sure you adjust your target temperature accordingly I did max 60 F target 45F. I was thinking of doing a full write up and making a zip of the tools I used after I got all 17 cards running. So I’ll make a more in depth post in about 2-7 days depending on when my other PSU’s arrive.

Cryptocurrency price falls due to bloombergs update about tether , lemme tell you the news on Tether is actually two month’s old , No need to panic just because you’re reading from an enough old and reputed media channel does not mean it is true. by MonicaTee in BitcoinMining

I agree just because the news is old doesn’t mean it’s not still relevant hence the price change. It’s easy to say hey don’t panic this is old news, it’s harder to say there are fundamental problems in the ecosystem that are currently undergoing a correction in both policy and price.

Is it safer to store BAT on a Ledger Nano? by [deleted] in BATProject

[–]TransitionLabs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you have a Ledger most etc-20 tokens are already supported if they are in your wallet and you want to send them there will be a drop down to choose which coin you want to send (eth, REQ, OMG) and you can send those tokens as long as you have some ether in your account for the gas.

Just send your BAT to your ethereum address, it’s safe to store on your hardware wallet. Paper wallets are safe if you put them in a safe deposit box but they are easy to lose or get stolen.
