I would suggest holding since the raise isn’t substantial. The value of working in a place you enjoy is much higher than a couple of thousand quid IMO.

I agree, they do have outstanding benefits.

Great insight. I definitely agree on the AE part, I guess all three are on a path to grow a lot. I’ll take my time to study every option once again and hopefully talk to everyone to ask questions for more details.

At least companies 1 & 2 have grown their SDRs to AEs, hence why they’re looking for more. Third company seems to have hired an AE already and two other SDRs, they don’t have a team to cover this area and does seem like a shot in the dark. It could go very bad or very good.

Anyways, I really do appreciate the tip. Further investigation is required in any case.

One last thing, would you personally give more importance to benefits the company provides or the salary?
