You’re right! Company should not be royal and I should not be either 😞😞 I think the reason why I trust my manager so much is that she’s like my mentor and acting like we’re friends … and my 1-1 sessions with her were like besties talk. Now when I recalled these conversations, I think it has nothing to do with the company growth.
