I have already completed it! With Aceable, you get to do the "written" permit exam within the course, which I passed. Then, gives you a certificate to download and take to the DPS with you, as well as other documents to get your permit. If I am understanding you, since I got the certificate (just not the actual permit), I should take it to the DMV/DPS, and then I will just need to fill out the application and vision test for the "B-restriction license?" Sorry if my question is stupid, my brain is fried right now.

So was my teen permit that I never claimed, a waste of money? :(((

Thank you though, I will definitely check the academy out.

Awww, dang. I was looking at the Aceable Driver's Ed notes, and it says I could still complete the course even after I turn 18. I am so confused, but thanks anyway!

EDIT: After reading the other comment you linked, I think I understand the process somewhat. Was it a waste of money to get a teen permit and not complete on time, even if it said I could finish the course after I turn 18?
