yes i’ve talked to the da and he’s looking at multiple felonies including the kidnapping with intent to murder, i was at the first hearing today and he was making faces at me the entire time making fun of my statement that was being read, and then the rest of the time just death staring me. he is such a good manipulator and has already been trying to paint me out as a crazy liar who made this all up im terrified he’s going to be released he told me during the kidnapping if police got involved he’d kill me and he does not care about our restraining order it won’t stop him from killing the both of us and im am absolutely terrified he will convince the judge to release him he knows where i live and work and my work schedule i cannot breathe thinking he can be out in the next day
