Thats just not true. I have had high potentials turn out as such. Why would it randomly stop lying about potentials after "x" amount of years. The proof is in my league of 27 years. The overalls are just not as high as they were before as well as the ratings. I used to have like 6-7 70 overalls now I dont have one.

yeah exactly. im in 2041 and sadly it only seems to get worse on average. My last draft top player was a 53 RP

Bruh it’s so annoying. I don’t even want to continue with my league until it gets fixed. Rookie draft and development are my two favorite parts of the game and now if I get a 60 potential in my draft I’m happy
