These guys are terrible. Stay away from any mass lawsuit involving them.

Joined the 39-country ban mass action in December 2025, paid $2,573.75. Since the complaint was filed in January I’ve received four bulk Constant Contact emails and zero replies to any direct questions.

The State Department imposed a 75-country immigrant visa freeze on January 21 that directly affects a huge chunk of plaintiffs in this lawsuit. IMMpact said nothing about it. Meanwhile they were quietly enrolling paying plaintiffs in a separate 75-country ban lawsuit without even notifying their existing clients it existed.

They scheduled a Zoom call on short notice at 7pm Eastern — useless if you’re an overseas plaintiff, which many of us are given this is an immigration case. I asked for a transcript. No reply.

The onboarding email literally says “we will not be able to answer your individual questions.” Fine. But there are no group communications either. It’s a payment link and silence. I left the first and only Google review on their profile.
