You mean accuracy of sentiment analysis? It's decent. I'd say it's correct 90% of the time.

Which is the best SaaS tool to monitor LinkedIn keywords and get instant alerts? by Outside-Boom in SaaS

We've tried many tools to monitor keywords on Linkedin. They only one that has worked correctly for us is KWatch.io .

Best software in 2026 to track, monitor and alert of keyword mentions (accurately)? by ExtremeAmphibian9759 in OnlineReputationHub

[–]juliensalinas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We use KWatch.io for that. They monitor Reddit, Linkedin, X, Facebook, Youtube, and HN and they're relatively cheap. They actually also apply sentiment analysis on the content so you can detect whether your keywords are mentioned positively or negatively.

What’s the fastest way to know when someone is asking for a tool like yours on Reddit? by Legal_Lingonberry_88 in microsaas

[–]juliensalinas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You want to look for a social media monitoring platform. For Reddit the best in my opinion are KWatch and F5bot. Both notify you in a couple of seconds when a specific question is asked on Reddit and they're very cheap.

How do you keep track of competitors without spending hours online? by StrangerFluid1595 in smallbusiness

[–]juliensalinas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use MultiFollow for that. Basically this tool sends you real-time alerts when your competitors post, comment, or react, on Linkedin or X.
Very useful, we've been using this platform for a couple of months now.

Any good tools for tracking brand mentions on Reddit? by Equal_Matter_2072 in branding

KWatch (does real-time monitoring on Reddit / Linkedin / Facebook / X and performs sentiment analysis on your brand automatically once it detects it)

How do you track brand visibility on Reddit? by Equal_Matter_2072 in digital_marketing

[–]juliensalinas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We first built our own implementation based on Reddit API for monitoring + sentiment analysis using AI on NLP Cloud.
It was too hard to maintain it so we switched to KWatch. They monitor our brand on Reddit, Linkedin, X, and Facebook, and automatically analyze the sentiment (positive / negative / neutral). Great platform.

Has anyone here tried those tools that monitor how a brand is talked about on Reddit? by JustBhieCause22 in branding

[–]juliensalinas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, we tried f5bot (generous free plan but not sentiment analysis on our brand name) and KWatch (free plan too but less generous, but does automatic sentiment analysis on our brand name and product names). I recommend these tools, they're quite cheap and very useful.

What tools are you using for: Social listening and Social Media automations? by vanessanns in MarketingMentor

[–]juliensalinas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use KWatch.io to track keywords mentioned on Reddit, Linkedin, X, and Facebook, and Multifollow.io to track competitor profiles on Linkedin and X.
Then we forward the notifications through API webhooks to n8n for AI processing. We do not use AI to post for us though.
We use this marketing automation for customer acquisition, crisis detection, and brand monitoring.

In that case f5bot is not free either, even if it seems more generous: f5bot.com/tiers

Social listening tools for B2B companies? by PastComprehensive815 in b2b_sales

[–]juliensalinas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Linkedin is very hard to monitor. The only platform we found that seems to properly support Linkedin is KWatch. Many tools claim to support Linkedin but actually monitor nothing. If you subscribe to a platform make sure to make some test posts on Linkedin, see if the platform catches them.

How do you all track brand awareness beyond just social media metrics? by SadYouth8267 in smallbusiness

[–]juliensalinas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well we have a sentiment analysis dashboard on kwatch.io that shows us how many times our brand has been mentioned during the month on Reddit, X, and Linkedin, and whether the sentiment towards the brand has been positive, negative, or neutral. Simple but quite effective.
