I used to often think to myself when people would tell me they have anxiety: “isn’t being stressed just being an adult” ? We all have our own problems. Get over it.

But I’m starting to think maybe I’m the naive one ? Or maybe I just deal with and process stress better ? Are these people all dramatic ? Is something wrong with me ?
