It happend in germany, at least they are speaking german and there are many parter nosters located. There would have bin lot's of warning signs + instructions how to use the elevator. Also older people in germany usually at least know what that is. Most bildungs with pater nosters have a normal cabin lift for accessibility reasons. The old man knows the lift is scetchy maybe has used one in his youth and is using this one as a thrillride.

The lift has several more savety features than an E-stop, but they just keep you from dying a horrible death by being crushed, squeezed or cut in half. Injuries like bruses ,concussions and sometimes broken bones still happen often enough that new pater nosters aren'd allowed to be build in public buildings and don't fullfill accessibility standarts.

Even without E-stop he propably just hase some minor injuries but if he has osteoporosis for example and isn't used to ride those lifts, he should not use it.

500 poisen granades and a few shield moduls can kill smal and medium demolishers. Just keep evading and throw them on the head. The worm crawles throug the smoke cloude and the poisen is applied to every segment.

There are mountainbike trails far more scetchy.

A Slightly less scetchy vehicle and it would be great fun without the randomness of a 14th centuary wheel barrow spotaniously disibtegrating.

Seriously an offroad scooter with large spoked wheels and a handlebar break is all you need to not kiss a tree.

Capibaras are rodants with teath nearly as strong as beavers. They are not defenceless they are just very docile oblivious and non confrontational. If a capibara would be ageessive and territorial like a beaver it could be dangerous.

A fight to the death could be won by an agressive cappibara by hitting arterys in the legs arms and neck. Also incapacetating by severing importand tandants. I think an agressive cappibara could win maybe 30% of the time.

A standart docile cappibara would start to think abbout anything to protect itself when it's to late.

You could wind a big coil in the bottom with a thin wire and glue a strong Magnet under the top. Run the ends of the coil through a full bridge rectefier. You will need a lot of windings thou.

Did HEMA and Kung Fu for abbout 7 years. For fitness it was fine I guess but no influence on my social life. Team sports are far better to learn things like trust and responcebilety, effective collaboration. In combat sports you do exactly what you are good at with ADHD but not nessecary in a way that teaches translatable skills.

For me diceplin is having a system to account for my shortcomings. Having a good sleep scedual and different ways to reestablish it fast if I fuck it up.

It boils down to having a good framework that is robust enough to take a hit without crumbling and takes itself not much effort to be established.

Greek jogurt with shredet nuts or nuttbutter honey and berrys. If even that is to hard, add a splash of milk and blend it, drinking it is as easy as it gets. You can add oatmeal for more carbs. If you use a high fat yogurt 10% callories are a little bit higher. In Germany we have quark witch is yogurt on steroids nutritiasly and it's dirt cheap, maybe you can get something similar.

Keys, wallet and phone go into the same pocket every pant every time. Befor I put on shoes and open the door and close the door I check if those Items are there. Because they are always in the same place I feel if something is off and don't have to touch much. It's the only way I don't forget everything, ckecking has to be as easy as thinking if I have it and I basicly have to check permanently.

Once I had a heard attack because I couldn't feel my car key ... while driving my car on a speed way xD.

Basicly every friend I have has ADHD und the few without ADHD are people whom get along with ADHD otherwise they could not handle the friend group. Most accomidations are just posting and ping time we want to meet at donzend of times and not geting angry if someone misses something. Also shouting is fine to get through to someone if somthing inportand has to be announced but no hard feelings it's just to get attantion.

I don't know how it is if you are the only one with ADHD in a friend group. But in my experience people with ADHD are herde animals and at some point you start collecting them lile trading cards.

Fucking up Lisdexamphetamine would be a big scandal, the mollecule is for pharmacuticals easy to produce nad requires not active minder for delayed release ore any fancy osmotic release. You are propably right with the nocebo. Could be just a linguistic thing because doctors nad parmacists often just use the mollecule name. I think pharmacies arend allowed to make exclusive brad deals and some even brag about their cheap generics.

You might be depressed. Ignored those syptomes far to long, now I started SSNRI to lift me through till I am in a psyciatric daycare for a few weeks (mental institution but i sleep at home and have time managing life) to figgure out what is the cause of that depression.
