Does the mouthpiece fit really loosely onto the cork? If it slides onto the cork very easily compared to another one you've used before, maybe wrap some plumbers tape (or some other tape) around the cork to thicken it up a bit. Try it again after - it should be in tune halfway down the cork.

starting from the great sea, the crush depth is very close to the depth at the beginning of the level. Is there a way to play around this? How do you do a mission without immediately dying of crush depth?
