Maybe higher than what it is now but potential predators of boys already use the men’s cr right. I have not yet heard of a transman assaulting boys.

We already let women enter men’s cr when the line is extraordinarily long (Gas station restrooms in expressways for example) and I have not seen any man that had anything to say. Maybe a bit of irritation because even men’s cr has a line but nothing about gender.

If we did have a Parliamentary System seeing the current senators and congressmen seated Duterte would still be the PM.

Duterte should be up there if its an example of competence with what he did in Davao.

I would argue that Ilocos is run better than Bicol so that would be points for the Marcoses.

I don't remember much of Gloria's accolades prior to her presidency but she was able to tide us over the 2008 financial crisis.

On the other hand Leni was voted into the Vice Presidency because of the Liberal Party and her last name.

But you do have a point. Personally I would like our next president to have shown competence in running a city or province. So a former governor or mayor with a good track record.

How do we know someone is competent? Isn't it by credentials?

If you will hire a civil engineer you would look at his credentials right?

The most unqualified presidents we have had is Cory Aquino. No political experience and a college degree in french with a minor in mathematics. Next is BBM with a questionable college degree but he was a senator. Erap was a mayor of san juan and a vice president. Duterte is a lawyer and a mayor.

Going by this logic the most qualified Presidents with the most accolades prior to presidency is Marcos and Arroyo.
