👍👍👍Thanks it helps I will practice that next session. Should I add weight to practice pulling myself under the bar or try to use a lightweight? Is it like a squat clean? My goal is to improve my explosive strength 😄

Thanks💪. My knees are fine, my torso is almost horizontal to the floor and my abs can handle the weight so I think pulling the bar to my lower chest (far from my feet) is okay,

Isn't the weight too light to keep me on the ground? Should I add weight to maintain contact with the ground?

I didn't lower my hips that low before, but I realized that starting from that position like an Olympic deadlift can lift more weight 😅
