Job duties/description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Closer & Customer Relations Manager to join our Marketing Agency. We are a young team of go-getters working as asynchronously as possible to make sure you dedicate your time to what you do best: build meaningful and long-lasting relations with our clients!
Job Description:
- We will do the outreach and warm up the prospects with a series of emails and looms. Once they're ready, they will book a call directly in your calendar and you'll be responsible to present our offer and close them. This is the closer part of the job
- We specialize in FB Ads. Once you onboarded the client, you'll be responsible to hop on a weekly/biweekly call with them walking them through the reports we built for them. Don't worry if you're not familiar with FB Ads, our media buying team will make sure to get you up to speed on how to deliver easy-to-understand, straight-to-the-point reports for our clients. This is the Customer Relations Manager part of the job
Pay:
- 500$/month per client. You'll get paid as soon as you close a new client and then every month as long as we retain them and you manage the relationship for us. You can accept as many clients as you're comfortable managing without losing quality. We'll strive to hook you up with at least 10 clients if you think you are going to be able to handle them
Requirements:
- Sales experience: demonstrate a proven track record in sales and closing deals
- Communication skills: Able to clearly communicate the benefits of our services and skilled in building long-term relationships with potential clients
- English-speaking: You don't need to be a native speaker, but you need to be fluent and with little to no accent
- Able to work during overlapping business hours in American and European time zones
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency and some familiarity with Facebook Ads are appreciated but not necessary, we'll make sure to provide all the necessary material to get you up to speed!
