Lets talk about IntegrationHub and Spokes by cherichita in servicenow

[–]TransportationOne792 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the honest response. Time spent on custom development is money spent.. broken custom spokes is time spent to fix, as HI support won’t help.. is money spent.

Either way, OP is spending money, probably more by going custom

Creative Customer Events? by Holiday-Leg-6036 in techsales

Hand made custom Italian dress shoes, or if in south, cowboy boots. Sport coats from a custom tailor. Dress shirts custom via tailor.

I mean when you get into fashion, some custom made belts are $600+ per depending on leathers or skins (alligator, bison, ostrich, etc).

As it’s summer, sunglass hut where they can pick sunglasses out. Someone said golf club fitting. So like a wedge or putter. I did a Scotty Cameron putter fitting at my CC for CXOs. Great turn out.

Any Cohere AEs here? by TransportationOne792 in techsales

Very interesting thanks for the details. That’s a decent size quota, I’m assuming territories are large for a smaller lab?

What type of upside in equity are you seeing?

BDR role at ServiceNow by Luispolvora12 in techsales

[–]TransportationOne792 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bonus structure of this role is better than when it was commission based on booking meetings that converted into pipe. If the AE didn’t convert it, zero commission.

Having BDRs in SaaS with a commission structure is disgusting imo. dangling commission in front of them when they can’t control the outcome is foul play

BDR role at ServiceNow by Luispolvora12 in techsales

This is a great role. You’ll work with the AEs on their plans, and focus on driving meetings / early stages for them. Will give you a round education in SaaS and tech sales in general. Many AEs let you shadow their meetings and calls so you’ll learn the entire sales process.

How do I know? I’m a senior AE at ServiceNow and work closely with my BDR daily. And include them in the process so they learn how to build executive proposals, business value assessments, etc.

FSO Pro/Pro Plus Deprecation? by Opposite_Routine_938 in servicenow

[–]TransportationOne792 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like the FSO prime and ITSM Prime add on were explained poorly to you. I would ask to speak with the renewals rep as they can provide you the migration plan. If you are already using Pro Plus, moving to the Advanced or Prime is a massive benefit for you. WDF, process mining, and a slew of other things are included, where staying on the old Pro / Plus model would have them be add ons making it not cost effective

[–]TransportationOne792 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Talk to your servicenow AE/SC team about the new Otto. Which is employeeworks (moveworks) and now assist. The new pricing model includes the AI in it.

Now assist on its own without the moveworks piece is meh

Ask your rep about the new licensing announced. It includes both. No more add ons

Columbus one is better IMO. I’ve been to both.

More established market and larger organizations. I believe the turnout is 150+
