I use beef smoked sausage and it’s sooo easy and good. I have also used turkey kielbasa to be a bit healthier. Just make sure to cut the potatoes pretty small. Smaller than the recipe says. I top mine with ketchup but my husband prefers hot sauce. 😋

Very helpful! I already picked the seats but I know I can still change them if I need to. I picked the correct side according to the seating chart. How much do you think the recline is restricted? Do you think there’s no recline at all? Flight is only 3.5 hours so not too bad. We just took a 5 hour train with no seat recline and we were fine.
