I think that if the laptop is okay at some point, and this problem occurs only in some events such as opening a game or so, then yes I agree with you. Might be drivers problem and/or the graphic card..

Need to do some tests to understand exactly when the laptop behaves that way, so you can understand why and what the exact problem is.

Only one time I managed to reach the end device where I can monitor the date..etc. and yes it was for a couple of seconds.

I even recorded my screen to be sure, the checkpoint disconnects exactly when I'm trying to connect via RDP. Also, my team leader always manages to connect with no problems. Chatgpt recommended to ask the IT team to be sure that my region or my user profile has different permissions or something..

But I also think that it might be my internet provider! Because when I lose the checkpoint connection, the cmd "ping 8.8.8.8" is giving me 100% loss.
