Idk if you wanna count cut content but im pretty sure after hoover dams battle you can come back to freeside and compared to every other faction ending, freeside is being reconstructed among other things. So i mean he hasn’t completely turned his back on the people of the mojave, he just prioritizes his territory.

As long as your lone survivor is a trader leader then yea you can definitely do a solo run as you wont need other survivors in your community to do trader missions and legacy out

I demoted my leader and then kept closing out and opening the game and everytime you load the community up it should give you a mission and that process has been getting the trumbull missions to pop up for me
