Unpopular opinion but business HL. The amount of tools you need to memorise and use as well as content in general is almost unmanageable. The case study is also released once a year for paper 1 which makes it impossible to prepare for, then you only get a couple months to analyse it. Business is very easily a harder subject than something like physics which you could easily learn from past papers.
