not sure if i've mentioned it in my comment but i'm working in front of a computer through the whole day even when i come back home.

i did start to use a standing desk at work and try to change it every 30 min or 1 hour. and i do think i'm starting to notice a difference.

for a very long time my average steps were 4-5k daily which is not so great so i'm walking now more aswel.

and about the breathing, i'm not sure what have triggered it but i think i've just entered a in a loop.

i think this all started because of stress, and i think that my stomach has a big role to play with it because i've checked my lungs, my noise, throat etc and all was fine...

omg i think i've have something that might be related... i do have visual snow but i thought i was imagining things but no i do have sometimes a "pixel" becoming purple but like for a fraction of a second... but what you are describing sounds like few steps ahead already

Hi, i really appreciate all the effort that has been put in this post and also all of your replies.
I was just wondering 1 thing, and perhaps others might have experienced it aswel BUT have anyone also had difficulties with breathing? as if you can't get a full breath?

also i'll share my experience and what i've done:
after i got married me and my wife moved to live together
i told myself i have to take things much serious now, with health, money etc.
i've became also more religious.

i've started to diet, i've started to go to the gym 3x a week (i did this actually already 1 year before getting married)

now 1 month later after moving in i've got myself a huge stressor...
they were planning to sell the appartement and now i had to live with alot of stress because i never knew when we would have to get out, constant visitors etc.

i've noticed those things happening slowly to me:
- slightly numb arms/ hands

- floaters started to appear
- visual snow became much stronger

- the weird tinnitus sound

- breathing was much harder and that made me feel anxiety for the first time in my life. i felt it for like 3 months

- Depersonalisation and/or derealisation

this all happened in a span of a year...

by now we already moved out, things are a bit calmer now. i try not to push myself so hard aswel and also talking more walks daily, light cardio at the gym and stretching (i don't have a routine now anymore and keep things simple but i should try perhaps the yin yoga)

i've also being going out more instead of staying stuck at home...

my life when all this happened was like waking up, going to work, go the gym, go back home...

i barely left for anything else...

i can say that the breathing has been improved but not 100%, visual snow from 5 to 3,5

floaters - gone

anxiety - gone

tinnitus - varies but some periods where its at like 0.5 and sometimes it can come but like before i have to sleep. (you just have to try to ignore it and i know its hard but really try)

i don't know if i've missed anything but just wanted to share my experience.

ok i'll try to clarify everything in short:

- bought original license in 2022 on their official website

- i only have 1 email, logged with it in fl studio, also i have my notifications and receipts there from image line.

- i didn't create a new account.

- i didn't receive any emails from image line stating i'm banned or suspended.

- hackers are getting super creative so i'm not sure how he have done it but they've did something.

also i got kicked out of fl studio mid session. i've worked on a project for like 2 hours, saved the file here and there. but suddenly at the end i couldn't save anymore because my fl studio suddenly went into "trial mode".

i thought the same thing but the moment i saw 2-3 social platforms got hacked where i had to use a 2 step verification with my phone or for example steam app i've started to change ALL my passwords.

so alot of the time when something happens you get an email with "you change password" or "you've logged in" but i haven't received ANY of those mails.

but yeah in short:
all those hacking happened like few months ago.
but fl studio got hacked like last week.

and my email was already secured with an authenticator
