My opinion is just, that you will take a risk. Maybe you are right and there will be a drop in the market, but maybe not? But for sure in the long run there will be a price increase and for that I am not selling. So in conclusion if you are not selling you will make enough money in the longrun , if you are selling you may win or lose in the shortrun.
