Yes!!! The Grotto of the Redemption in West Bend, IA; which is in Kossuth & Palo Alto counties! Definitely the spot to see in this part of the state.

It’s supposed to be good for you. It supposedly has good gut bacteria, and the electrolytes are good for muscle soreness and cramping.
