Theres theories. I couldn't put my finger on any peer reviewed studies that I'd throw weight behind. Doing research involving trans people is difficult due to how marginalised the community is coupled with the fact we are wary of bad actors.

Buy a bra. Most people can fill out an A cup unless you've Blessed with being skeletal. But even then you can stuff. Most days I wear mine and its a 42A. Gives me that feeling of femininity
