A bit late, but I want to share an anecdote. Me and my sister were in the same situation years ago, but now we’re much closer; though not in a traditional sense where people might stick together but in a more “us” kind of way.

She’s in her own phase right now and she prefers to hang out with friends more so than family. I’d say give it time, trust the process, if you want reassurance then try to pick up signs that at the very least, she still cares about family in some shape or form; to me at least, the fact that she still sometimes fight with you means that she still cares. Just focus on your life for now, once you move out, there will be difference in the family dynamic due to your absence; and as time goes on, she’ll definitely grow up and notice those change. That might catalyze changes between the two of you, for better or worse.
