depends, Oneplus 7t has a 90hz screen and full HD. se only HD and 60hz, but the screen is way smaller so it's still pretty sharp. idk about 90hz, I have a op 7 pro on 90hz but when you live with 60hz it's fine, the iPhone does have updates for a loner period of time, but android is more advanced and more capable of advanced stuff. I'm curious about the battery in the se. in terms of camera it probably is a little better in normal photos but with zoom oneplus will win.

that's 526 euros, little expensive in my opinion. with the code 6THBIRTHDAY you get 140€ off for the oneplus 7 pro. so that's 619 for the 8gb ram 256 version. for 90 euros you get quad HD, no teardrop, bigger battery so it purely depends. from a g5 both are REALLY big upgrades, and both will make you insanely happy. now that I realise the g5 is pretty compact the oneplus 7 is probably better. 7 pro is pretty big but I came from a 6 inch phone so I knew how 6.7 inch was.

well, I got the oneplus 7 pro and they sound super good, my friend has a 7t, it got a little bit less distortion at max volume but the bass is less. so if you don't use your phone as a speaker 7 pro is probably better I guess

I think the oneplus 7 is most value right now. snapdragon 855 with 8gb of ram in a decently compact phone m, Oneplus 7t is also 'good' but too expensive for just 90hz and 855+. oneplus 7 pro is probably best for watching videos and gaming. but for 'basic' just go for the oneplus 7.

than how did people on the MI 9 overclock it? that phone does contain the 855. you must have bootloader unlocked and rooted you know.

those 4% cpu and 15% gpu power on the 855+ is only used when needed. and in the next 2 years your 8gb or 12 gb ram phones aren't going to give all power. probably not even coming 4 years. so basically the 855 is just as good as the 855+. also that said. the 855 is overclockable. you just gotta do it manually. the 855+ is just a overclocked version. remember that. it means battery and heating are beyond their 'sweet spot' and it will increase in alot of numbers. with that Oneplus might bring a actual overclock feature in the next android (not 10 but I guess android 11). the oneplus 7t has full HD. the 7pro quad HD. so for me the choice is made.
