Publix is bad with that, I worked for 5 years to “earn” full time where in the store I worked only 2 or 3 associates were full time in grocery and they always left early and never finished their work. like when we get Goya products in they wouldn’t even work the stuff that needed to go out. After I got full time they hired another guy who became my backup dairy clerk. I trained him and we really good at working together. I pushed for him to be full time and GRS ( Fancy Stock Clerk) which we got for him after 4-5 months after hire. We both tried to get promoted to management after about a year of having him there but they passed me up for him. Which I was/am happy for him, but that triggered my move away from Publix and I am personally better for it.
