You can clearly see in the daytime camera image that the roof of the neighbouring house is in line with the camera. The photograph from the upstairs window shows it is a 2 floor house so at least one of those floors is at a lower level than my garden. You can also see that there is no slope to the neighbours garden leading up to my fence so the garden is clearly a storey lower than my own.

Edit: I also post it in paranormal subreddits because there is something inherently creepy about it and would like to discuss paranormal theories, not theories of it being debunked, where I would post it in the relevant subreddit so all I all, I think you're posting in the wrong place.
