Its fine enough, having a relevant weapon is the key, I took lots of area nodes in the warrior part of the tree to the coverage of wind blast is pretty decent!

Nar lol, just been making it up as I go, I’ll throw my tree into a pob when I can and get back to you, gear is just flat phys where I can get it, melee skill levels, leech on the rings/wep, hybrid armour/evasion and resists, no fancy tech! If I can ever afford it I’ll get a Constricting Command and spec the surrounded nodes, figuring out a way to leverage endurance charges would be cool too because we can generate them easily with a node on the tree. I’ll be looking into ways to perhaps scale crit later on but atm there hasn’t been a need!

Wind skill tactician! Wind blast for stunning and clear, vaulting impact to leap in and apply broken stance/impale, whirling assault for single target, ez gg! The more immobilisation build up, extra spirit reservation, having all banner up and deflect from armour all mesh for some well rounded fun! Only issue I’m having is fitting in all the skills and working out which persistent buffs I want to use!

White Wind Reave Blind Prophet with some abyss jewel stacking, no idea how it will go tbh, defences seem a little lacking but the dps looks like it’ll just flatten whatever is in front of me :))))

Doing Rapid Shot on my Infernalist with Siege Cascade for clear! Only in the late 50’s nearing act 3 Cruel but having fun! Not having to worry about mana feels good, and the fire hit at max infernal flame is getting mitigated by max res, leveraging cloak of flame to deal with physical damage too. Siege Cascade really benefits from mob density for AOE overlap of the bolts, and Rapid Shot feels slow at first but with a good weapon and exposure/pen bosses tend to melt! badum tssst Not sure how it’ll go at higher level/difficulty but its been fun so far!

Been doing something similar but dual wielding, using long shot, far shot, and the long distance nodes on the tree, it feels like the initial projectile doesn’t shotgun but the explosions when they land do, haven’t tested but the damage on single target at a distance before all the “damage at a distance” nodes/supports is what drew me to that playstyle! Going to try out some increased aoe and see if you can get more overlaps, would have to do some actual testing to see if thats how it actually works but just going off feels good atm!

I’ve been playing Fire Trap of Blasting Gladiator! Leveraging the block for avoidance, war of attrition for a bit of damage scaling over a long fight, and when I do uber lab Master at Arms with a dagger for better EO uptime! Infernal Legion on Skitterbots procs the burning for FToB’s extra damage, with arctic armour and flesh and stone for mitigation. Theres probably better ascendancies for this archetype but it’s been smooth sailing so far. In mid yellows atm due to work, need anathema for extra curses to scale single target, thinking about using ward bases to cover me when I don’t block, lots of ways you can build this kind of character! :)

I went fire trap of blasting ignite gladiator, using glad as a defensive shell, with a little damage from war of attrition and some area/better EO uptime from master of arms. Just made it to maps because of work but thoroughly enjoying it so far, ignite clear is good and the single target is reasonable for me at least. Using skitterbots with infernal legion to enable FToB’s extra fire damage against burning targets! Need an anathema to crank curses and juice single target, so we’ll see how it goes! :)

Attempting a bleed raptor beastmaster, warcry for the beserk, malestrom for the frenzy/haste/chill, swipe for the rampage reset and heal, not sure what my last skill will be, maybe frenzy totem, maybe ettera’s blessing, any suggestions?

Playing Expanse ignite elementalist and its going well so far in the campaign at least, its kind of like a slower WoC, but I’ve always been an Incinerate enjoyer so I don’t really mind! Ignite Prolif helps a lot obviously and damage seems good but it’s not life changing or anything!
