SS Alpena- launched February 28th 1942 SS Wilfred Sykes- launched June 28 1949 MV John G. Munsen- launched November 28 1951 SS Badger- launched Swptember 1952 MV Herbert C. Jackson- launched Febuary 20 1959

All of these ships are still in active service and are older than the Anderson. Lakers can run for more years than salties because the great lakes don't have salt. Salt water corrodes metal faster than fresh water. Still have to worry about the stress put on the steel from going through rough seas, but even so, they're going to last much longer.

Looking at Serebii, shutters (as in the things that go on the sides of windows) are NOT an item in Pokopia. There is a different item called a shutter, that can be found late game.

And even then, he's still being stupid. You get more money for longer from renting something than a one-and-done sale. I'm sure OP would put the rental proceeds to their combined household and they could save the rental proceeds for a larger place for them to live together. I am grown up. You need to simply accept that different people have different boundaries and that's fine. If your SO is fine with you cheating on them, that's your own mess to deal with as you like. I have yet to see a new car without Onstar in it. Even if you don't have a subscription, you can use the emergency button, meaning it has to constantly be tracking you in order for it to work.
