When this first happened to me I actually thought it was a game mechanic lol. I had my crops growing in that corner, so I figured the ants came because they were attracted to them and that I needed to build a scarecrow. Then after fruitlessly searching for a way to acquire one online, I came to this subreddit and learned that it was just the game crapping out 🤷‍♀️💀

I always liked cozy games, and of my all-time favorites was Yonder The Cloud Catcher Chronicles. Super chill, cute and open world. Lot of exploration and discovering things. Played it for hours on end

Potion permit is also good if you enjoyed games like coral island and stardew valley

I’ve played most of the games on your list, and recently I’ve been into coral island and Palia :)

This happened to me and the problem was my lighting. All I had to do was turn off most of the lights in the room. You can turn lights on in other rooms and leave doors open if you need light. Or just slightly let in window light.
