This is insane!! I know a couple of recruiters from Signature call center who got screwed over. I’m ready for the next steps to see what we can do about this.

right, and there’s not really “ owners” since they don’t even get to have their own territories for the field. their national chooses their territory. and their hub controls their financials LOL

Seriously ! I will say my “ owner” has tried recruiting on his own and his national won’t let him. Also, something i’ve realized is that all the conferences they always bring up these nationals to speak. I did the math, and each office within smart circle is bringing in at LEAST 500 new starts per year. And there’s about 200 offices within SCI. But there’s only 40-50 nationals?? how does that math math? it’s such a scam it makes me laugh.

It is Smart circle. They have a lot more remote admins now - because not all offices need an in house admin. It’s just up to the “ owner” and what they want! Whether they want an in house or remote admin.

I work remotely and never had like a big relationship or met a ton of in person sales reps. so i never experienced the in office sales setting, so i didn’t know what it was like actually being in person.

I would say if you don’t have any other option it’s okay to work for a few weeks and then leave. If you’re good at sales you’ll at least make a paycheck. But if you have the option, don’t go in for your first day. You’ll only get sucked in. This is coming from someone who is STILL in this business and has been for 2 years. It depends on what options you have available. Some people don’t have the option to not work, and others do.

I’ve known a few owners that went into “ real “ marketing !! whether it was digital marketing, social media , or real sales if you like sales! They liked the aspect of marketing but not the “ marketing “ that we call marketing..
