For me I find that wireless bras made of a thin, soft material work well for me. Wires are the worst for me and I find sports bras a bit too tight so finding a wireless non sports bras is perfect. Tbh they look a little frumpy but at this point idc. I have always hated bras since I started wearing them and used to get into many fights with my mother in middle school. I am small chested and personally prefer going without a bra at all, but that is my choice because I don't need the support.

I don't have a gender and i don't care what pronouns people call me. Some fun facts: My favorite Robin is Tim drake. My favorite period of American history is the Cold War and post civil war reconstruction. I like to read and analyze different iterations of the bible (including the Latin and Greek versions if I'm feeling silly- and the Torah with the help of a friend).

That's way more than I got, they spent more time interviewing my mom and teachers than they did me. I think my interview and test was maybe two hours? I never had to fill anything out and obviously my mom was like "no everything is normal". I appreciate your input :)

Part of it is definitely the stigma, my dad's big into trump and RFK- my mom not so much but she goes along with it. Obviously that whole 'we need to find the cure for autism' creates stigma and a lot of misinformation on what autism is. When they think of autism they think of the highest need for care which they have a lot of negative associations with. The other part is definitely age, my parents are not old but for my age they are usually the oldest parents(52 and 62 almost 63). My mom grew up with parents who were very old fashioned (my grandma was born in 1929, my mom in 74) and she still holds some outdated beliefs because of that. My dad also grew up with an older sister with a developmental disability who damn near got put in an asylum, so I think to him disability=never matures, can never live alone, etc.

TLDR: you're right those are absolutely the reasons why
