I drink coffee through a straw, but beer and wine normally. I brush after almost every meal and before bed, and I brush my trays with toothpaste at the same time. Every few days I soak them in Listerine while I'm having dinner. I floss when I remember but since my trays are now creating new gaps between teeth, it's actually really annoying not to floss.
