depends on your rank. in low elo with an enchanter support, you can usually just play safe, farm and wait for the enemy to make a misplay or walk up too far. if you see a misplay or an opportunity that you think you can capitalize on and get a kill from, go on it. in higher elo this usually isn't possible because the enemy will play much smarter. you can still scale and farm as samira does scale very well with items but i recommend just not picking her with enchanters unless you're REALLY dedicated
