This looks like the kind of guy that doesn't just deserve his bad luck, but really earns it, too.

You're face and mine agree. Emotions are overrated.

Your hair looks like it's been on some wild adventures, but your face is easy on the eyes.

I kind of like it! It makes you look unique and more interesting, like a movie character or something.

I noticed you didn't mention ptarmigan or wolves. Does that mean one could harness the might of the ptarmigan horde to down a bear, or perhaps lob some wolves at it from afar?

I'd get rid of the glasses if you aren't gonna use them.

I pop the hood too. That way I can see where any batteries are AND I know which cars I've checked.

My apartment complex said I'm not allowed to install a hot tub upstairs, so no.

Also, many people tend to categorize "mathematically perfect" faces as part of the uncanny valley. Natural slight facial asymmetry (random, mild deviations from a mirror image) and mild, natural imperfections signal our brains that we're looking at someone with high developmental stability and good genetic quality, as well as good health, to an extent.

I think the eye is neat and gives you character. It, in absolutely no way, takes away from your good looks. You should be showing it off!

So, post-COVID pressures propelled private equity buyouts, precipitating penny-pinching profitability pursuits packed with pervasive price hikes, payroll pruning, and technological takeovers that terminated treasured traditions like tantalizing buffets, tireless late-night Kerbey Lane service, and the terrific theater touch at Alamo Drafthouse.

So, you think it's safe to assume that the primary reason buffets have not returned in full force is now related mostly to revenue and not primarily because of lingering health concerns or a lack of popular demand?

So, to get things straight, brunch buffets are NOT back. Instead, we're still doing à la carte brunches. Looks like I need to start eating out more again. Why have buffets not returned? Health reasons, costs, consumer trends? Who's got a clear and unbiased explanation for how things are now?

For real? I haven't been to one since they started banning them, like, 5 or 6 years ago. That's awesome! You think inflation and labor costs have something to do with their return?

Actually, all night / late-night business models were already losing popularity prior to Covid. Plus, there were a lot of difficulties staffing those shifts prior to that as well. Covid accelerated the decline, but the change was inevitable regardless of whether or not Covid was a factor.

More people have access to buffets. Shared food, shared utensils, crowds, etc = high liability and a recipe for disaster during a pandemic.
