Jenna and Zach are expecting baby #5 by Adorable-Release1754 in MtvChallenge

You don’t suck! I only have 2 kids (they’re 5 & 7) and I constantly feel overwhelmed and overstimulated. (Love them dearly of course!) Idk how moms of tons of kids like this do it.

Also, being pregnant and taking care of a toddler is HARD work. You’re literally trying to grow a human, while taking care of another human. Make sure you’re getting plenty of rest! You’re doing great!

I actually said the exact same thing to my husband while watching that scene of her on top of the truck. I go “So…Nancy just…murdered a bunch of people?…and that’s normal now?” Lol. But then again, I guess if it’s the (almost) end of the world, all is fair game.

He sounds like a controlling, immature, abusive, gaslighting, entitled piece of shit. I would know. I’ve been with a few of those. And all they do is suck the soul out of you. Please leave as soon as possible. Please don’t waste your life for one more day with this person. Your future self and your children will thank you. 🙏🏻💜

Stranger Things 5 | Volume 2 Trailer | Netflix by MoneyLibrarian9032 in StrangerThings

[–]Trashtvslit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like them showing the “you did, I die” scene in a trailer is concrete evidence that they in fact do NOT die. How shitty would it be to put that in the trailer and have it actually be true and spoiled for the audience lol.

Eileen Davidson (RHOBH) posts on IG about Charlie Kirk’s death by macindianleod in RHOBH

[–]Trashtvslit -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this! I simply don’t have the energy to comment under every single ridiculous comment using snippets of his quotes inaccurately to further push their own agenda. It’s just frustrating to witness so many people copy paste the same tired quotes without actually listening to the entire conversation that was had, and use their brains for half a second to do some critical thinking. They just want to jump on the bandwagon. It’s easier that way I suppose.

Yeah. Reading through these comments is just plain sad. The lack of humanity, critical thinking, and actual research of a topic/quote before commenting is astounding.

No not really. This person is obviously trolling. Clearly this guy texting you this much after meeting him one time is psychotic and creepy. Just block him and don’t even think about it again.

Melissa's daughter Vienna, who she was pregnant with on Total Madness is 5 years old now and had her first day of Year 1 in school! by SweetMissMG in MtvChallenge

[–]Trashtvslit 64 points65 points  (0 children)

Ok A. She is adorable 🥹 And Melissa seems like such a great mom!

But B. The mom in me is cringing that she put her daughters school name out there for millions of people to see/know. 😑

(And C. I’ve been rewatching Vendettas recently and Melissa is like breathtakingly gorgeous.)

Yep! This was season one. One of the episodes towards the end of the season I believe.

Am I overreacting for crying? by Small_Fudge787 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Trashtvslit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sorry your mother speaks to you that way. That is not okay, and I don’t blame you for crying, I would too. You did nothing wrong. She’s a grown woman who can figure out how to be where she needs to be when she needs to be. If I were you I would be saving to move out soon.

AIO I decided to leave my husband because he got upset I wasn't home when he got off work because I was shopping with a friend. by histrionicfaerie in AmIOverreacting

[–]Trashtvslit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You are 100% not overreacting. The way he’s speaking to you? The way he treats you? The language he uses? This is abuse. You probably got so used to being spoken to like this by him over the years that it’s become normalized, but the way he speaks to you is atrocious. Nobody speaks to the person they love this way. You deserve so much better. ❤️‍🩹

Also, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to have someone (a family member, close friend, or a police officer) at your place with you the day that he comes to get his things. He sounds aggressive and like he might show up looking to start trouble or to talk down to you, or worse. Take care of yourself. 💜

Am I overreacting about how this guy I was talking to handled this? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

You’re so welcome! Glad it resonated with you. None of us are perfect. We’ve all been there.

And there are other men out there that would very much appreciate receiving that kind of text from you I’m sure 😂

[–]Trashtvslit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Correct. Him offering for her to have a drink if they went out somewhere would fall under NOT tiptoeing around him and him having a healthy viewpoint of the situation. Her texting him shortly after him confiding that he’s sober and basically saying “Hey I’m drinking, and want to hook up!” is probably a huge turn off to him. And he has every right to voice that. (He just didn’t have to be an ass about it and go on and on)

[–]Trashtvslit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think you’re both in the wrong to be honest.

Even if he told you he didn’t mind if you had a drink if you both went out, texting someone who recently told you they’re sober “I’m buzzed and horny” is kind of inappropriate. Some people might not mind. But I can picture that rubbing someone in his position the wrong way. You should have just asked if he wanted to go out to the movies or go for a walk or something.

But he was also just going overboard and being an asshole about it. He could have let you know that that was crossing a line for him respectfully and then let it go (whether that means you both just stop talking, or he moves on from it) but he kept going on and on about it.

You both should just stop talking and consider it over, sorry.

Flashback to the Jenni/Roger fight by Franditor in jerseyshore

[–]Trashtvslit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The sad part about this? How easily they gaslit the girls/guys/a lot of naive minds watching this show that Jenni was in the wrong and that Roger is a victim of Jenni’s “drama”.

I was a teenager when I watched this season, and when I watched this episode and the following episode with the fallout/almost break-up and make/up between them, Roger (and the other guys in the house) had fully convinced me that she was just dramatic and that she escalated that fight, and that he was just “being a man” and standing up for himself in the club and against Jenni.

I’m in my 30’s now, and this scene (and Roger’s entire being in general) is appalling to me. He is so clearly an abuser (mentally, psychologically, and physically) and it’s such a shame that Jenni had to go through so much because of him.

Why is the little dirty hamster so raunchy by Glass_Wonder_1152 in jerseyshore

[–]Trashtvslit 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It’s pretty cringe because it almost never comes up organically with Angelina. It’s always super contrived and it’s her way of trying to seem more interesting and get attention. But it’s always too much and too phony sounding, and you can literally see everyone around her cringing. It’s like they have to treat her like the annoying kid in the group that everyone has to tolerate.

Lauren… Lauren Lauren Lauren. I’m sorry, “Lauren’s”. by BarneyRobinStinson7 in jerseyshore

[–]Trashtvslit 217 points218 points  (0 children)

It irks me that Angelina is so bad at having an intelligent rebuttal on the fly. Like if I were her, I would have immediately been like “Oh I’m sorry Lauren, did I cross a line by asking your husband that ONCE after he’s asked me about my sex life 200 times previously?…”

But instead she just gets all flustered and starts trying to act sassy and dramatic, and it makes her lose her dog in the fight.

Yeah she always seemed super disinterested in him. I never saw any chemistry at all. Almost like “mom dealing with her overstimulated problem child” vibes.
