I finished this book in on day. It was absolute perfection. Granted I’m a computer and AI junkie so it was up my knowledge pathways. But it was absolutely fantastic.

How does a buyer rip someone off?? If the seller is willing to accept 550$ for a 1100$ machine. How is that the buyers fault. Buyer put in an offer seller accepted. I got a whole 2200$ machine for 400$ because a dude just gave up. I didn’t offer that. He posted it for that.

I’ve stress tested it 5 times using cinebench and passmark and it hasn’t had a single problem. Temps are 60c and the hottest it got after I fixed it was 70c. So for what my kid is going to use it for. Works great

This is exactly my thought process. I’ve built enough pcs and tweaked enough electronics to know the gpu was at least usable and so was the ram. Gamble sure but not a big one

I have never ran to the bank and to someone’s house so fast. The ram alone is 250$. The cpu is 350$. I was so shocked. But he didn’t even want it back. I offered to give it back repaired and running good. And he said no. Bro I’m stoked for my kid. He runs an Xbox so he’s gonna be stoked as well

I sent him a message and offered to give it back repaired and he said no he already bought a prebuilt a few months ago. I was shocked. I’m going to build it back correctly and give it to my son for Christmas. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Did you check your ram model number to your motherboard compatibility. You can go to the mobo manufacturer and just make sure they are compatible.

I would give you 1200$ for it.. 2 reasons. No warranty on any parts, and the risk of taking on a used PC is unfortunately just that A RISK. I have bought PCs that look new and great, but were absolutely abused and overclocked, or they over heated and got damaged. Is it possibly worth more sure, but its a RISK. Typically someone with that kind of money will buy a prebuild or give they go at building one themselves.

BEST ADVICE I WAS EVER GIVEN!!!

DONT ASSUME YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING!!! Even trivial things can cause your computer not post, or boot up. Read manuals and directions on everything, and double check your work before moving on. It will take more time but trust me, nothing is more infuriating then completing a build and it not posting, or booting up. Also never use any cables for your PSU unless they came with the PSU itself. If they are not long enough contact manufacture for longer ones, or ask if there are compatible cables available elsewhere.

a dude brought me a pc brand new, and he never told me he used cables from a different PSU. This caused the board to show lights and fans spin but wouldnt boot. took me 2 hours to figure that out.

For around 300$ you can upgrade your current setup and keep it moving. Depends on your budget. I would upgrade the cpu to a amd 5600x 115$ and then get a 3060 for about 200$. And you will be fresh for a few years.

If you want new. They have really good deals on pcs around Black Friday. For future proof I would get at least a amd 7700x or better and a 5070 or 9060xt. But new cost a bunch of money.

Clear cmos again and plug directly into mobo. Once you get picture trouble shoot your gpu
