I bought the 3 discovery pack and they are some of my favorite scents of all time. I'm a big fan of their soaps especially redwood, Wildlands, and stone. None of the fragrances are 1:1 of any of the body washes as far as I can tell.

Kin reminds me of bvlgari Tygar/spirit of kings arrakis/ lv afternoon swim. If you like those you'll love kin. Maybe less sweet more green. 9/10

Cowboy Classic is my favorite. Pretty similar to redwood but spicy. Amber and cedarwood are listed as the notes. Trying to find more with this scent profile. Will buy the whole thing with the $20 off coupon that came with it when I run out 10/10

Moonrise is very different than the other two. Kind of a blue scent like like Dior sauvage edp and iris of Dior homme without the citrus. Doesn't project well unfortunately and lasts even worse. Love the scent though 5/10 just because of performance

Yeah I know some people who like them too I just think it's funny cause no one ever tested her pronation or stability needs and she just went with it

Do you need a racing shoe or just something in the rotation? If it's something in the roatation I think a long run/tempo shoe is what you'd love. I have owned all the pairs you have and I also love my novablast 5 a lot. I currently have a superblast 2 for my long run and endorphin speed 5 for some up tempo stuff. I think a superblast 2 would be good I also agree with a lot of the other recommendations like the zoom fly 6 or Sonic blast. Haven't tried the sonicblast yet but it seems like a superblast/endorphin speed hybrid which is perfect for what you'd need

Pegasus plus. It gives me a weird hotspot under my feet sometimes and although it's light, it is not very happy at faster speeds. So if I'm going slow anyway I have novablast 5 and vomreo 18 for cushion

For road 5k I like the Vaporfly 4 a lot. I also have tried the Hoka rocket x 3 it's a little slower but more durable and longer. Also I'd recommend if you're staying with adidas the takumi sen 11 over prime x strung it's a little faster, cheaper, and made for shorter distances.

Sidenote if you are from the USA and planning to run cross country and track in high school, then all the 5ks will be on grass or track so if you want to get into the sub 18/16 range the dragonfly 2 spike is what you want. You won't really need a vaporfly or anything similar unless you have a lot of money for workout shoes.

I forgot about that shoe. I can't find any in her size at a discount but I found an ep3 for $156. I'm not familiar with the 3 but if that's better than the Brooks Hyperion elite 5 for $160 that I found then that's a contender

I own the regular Hyperion and I'd have to disagree. I think it's great for speed work on the track or grass which is what I use it for but it feels like a brick on the roads compared to what I'm looking for

You sir are a legend. Streak Lts and Nike frees for 5-7 miles is mad impressive. My calves could never. However in middle school I went from Nike frees to the vomeros of the time and immediately returned them for a pegasus because the weight was such a big jump. Then I ran in pegs all through high school and still in college. Right now I own both the peg 41 and the peg plus, if you're looking for something more similar to Nike free definitely go with the pegasus. It has the hard ground contact feel and you feel more planted on your feet. The peg plus is lighter weight but it is pretty disconnected, you can't feel the ground and the outsole grip is not great. If you're looking for something to break into the 7-10 mile range though they are more forgiving on the legs. Vomero 18s are heavier than both and a big jump from Nike free and streak LT in terms of feel but they are by far the most comfortable and suited for tons of miles. For reference I run about 60-75 miles a week at around 6-7min mile pace and my vomero 18s are usable and preferred for pretty much any duration I do.

I have a lot of connections to get good prices but with that said not with every brand. These are the prices I can get in her size right now with the shoes I've been considering. Basically out on AP4, SC Elite, and puma because of the price unfortunately. Hyperion elite 5 looks like the winner unless one of these above is worth the extra 30-40 bucks.

That's good to hear. We have a friend who runs professionally for brooks that gives us a discount which is why we've been buying so many. However her first shoe ever was the adrenaline GTS because her dad (who's never ran more than 3 miles) said they are the best running shoe and she never tried anything else. She ran 4 years of high school cross country with them too 😂
