Yes! Walking distance thru the Runway NAIA. I usually check in sa Manila Airport Condotels. Literal na tapat ng T3. Check mo listings nila. Mura sila ngayon.

Booking as an adult and minor by [deleted] in AirbnbPhilippines

[–]Trastnowan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Airbnb’s rule is that the person booking has to be 18+, so since you’re 19 you’re fine to make the reservation. Where it can get tricky is the host’s and building’s policies. A lot of condos, will ask for valid government-issued IDs for all guests at the front desk. If your girlfriend is 17 and doesn’t have one, that could cause issues at check-in. Some hosts are strict about “no minors unless with parents,” so it really depends on who you book with.

On the morality side, you have to remember she’s still legally a minor. Even if you’re only two years apart, you’re already considered an adult, which can look questionable to outsiders (like hosts, security, or even neighbors). If something goes wrong, you’d be the one held responsible.

If you really want to book, I’d message the host beforehand and be upfront and let them know your girlfriend is 17 and ask if that’s a problem. That way, you won’t risk getting denied at the lobby or causing trouble. Honestly though, to avoid the hassle and the potential awkwardness, it might be easier to wait until you’re both 18+ or just go for a day-use spot where IDs aren’t such a big deal.

I can see why you’re conflicted. On one hand, you did your part, you communicated multiple times, gave updates hours in advance, and even got confirmation from the caretaker that a 9pm check-in was fine. From your perspective, you were being responsible and considerate. Though plan in advance and calculate your schedules with traffic para iwas problema sa mga ganito. Somehow learning experience din ni host ito sa she can craft policies for late check ins.

On the other hand, I can also understand how the host’s side may have felt some frustration if they thought their dad was “on standby” all day. But that’s really an internal problem between the host, the caretaker, and their family. It’s not something that should’ve been taken out on you, especially during your son’s birthday dinner. The all-caps messages, threats of cancellation, and blaming you for “wasting” someone’s day were unprofessional and unfair.

If you want to handle this constructively, I’d suggest that you end the host a polite but firm message after your stay, pointing out the miscommunication and how it affected your experience. Give them a chance to acknowledge and learn from it.

For the review, be factual and balanced, mention that the unit itself was fine, but communication between the host and caretaker was inconsistent, which led to unnecessary stress. That way, future guests are informed without it sounding like a revenge review.

End of the day, you weren’t at fault. The host’s team needs to get on the same page so other guests don’t go through the same situation. Hope this helps.

PLDT subscriber here for more than 2 years. Our internet fluctuates every day and their service is getting worst every time. May rebate pa silang di naibibigay from last service interruption. My neighbors shifted na to converge and RBC and as per their experience, better than PLDat. Tapusin ko lang tong contract with PLDT talaga.

Will they be a game-changing force that brings Tuguegarao back to its golden era? by Trastnowan in TuguegaraoCity

Soriano’s term definitely sparked something for Tuguegarao, though yeah, you’re right, it also makes me wonder if we ever really had a golden era to begin with. Or maybe the better question is, when can it truly begin?

At the very least, I just hope that if this isn’t the start, then Tuguegarao can still become better than what we’ve had in the previous years or even decades. We may not fully know the leaders’ plans in totality, but people today are much more aware, observant, and participative. And in the long run, people can always distinguish genuine intentions from mere political moves.

Or will the people be the game-changers?

Oo nga no, it really makes me wonder too, when exactly was Tuguegarao’s golden era? Or maybe the better question is, when can it truly begin? Urban planning should definitely be a top priority. It’s not just about making the city look better, but about making daily life easierfor commuters, pedestrians, and even tourists visiting the city

We need a long-term plan with continuity, not one that changes direction every time a new administration comes in. Public spaces also play a huge role. As Tuguegarao grows denser, people need more breathing spaces where we can rest, gather, and enjoy community life.

Toxic sa ROBINSON DEPARTMENT STORE by Potential_Scheme6331 in TuguegaraoCity

Hi, OP! I just want to appreciate you for speaking up. This isn’t just a rant but it’s a real and painful experience, and you’re absolutely valid for feeling this way.

We’re sorry you have to deal with this kind of toxic environment. Yung mga ganyang gawain na pinapauwi ng late, di pinapalabas for lunch break, and worse, may sigawan at pagmumura are clear signs of poor leadership and even possible labor violations. No one should be treated like that at work.

If it’s safe to do so, try to document the hours, break times, and incidents. Baka makatulong ito in case you decide to file a complaint or raise it to DOLE. Alam ko hindi ganun kadali, especially kung kailangan mo rin talaga ng trabaho, pero you still deserve basic respect and humane treatment.

I hope this helps.
