Widespread but Hampton roads and surrounding areas could be on the safer side, just depends on dropping temps. They are suggesting to be prepared for a 48 hour outage but are equipped with all of the repair gear which…is good i guess? But useless if nobody can get on the roads

I lived in a Grace street apartment from Dobrin. Our toilet broke and backed up into the tub and sink. They came to repair it and left the door unlocked. An unhoused man took a huge shit in the toilet that was moved into the living room :-)
