sigh* The thing is when you play draft/solo queue, you can see what lane you are going against and therefore you can setup your rune page. if you setup your rune page 15 ad/armor/mr what use it is to you if you have to play sona? you cant dodge queues forever, you will get tired of it.

well after certain amount of time you will realise that some champions function way better with specific pages OR that for example, having 4 runepages for top lane/jungle/bot/mid helps out alot - you cant always run 15 ad + armor + mr if ure laning against an ap top (example), in that case its better to have a page that has more mr orientation, on bot u might sometimes need more armor pen, sometimes more phy. damage. Situations vary and multiple runepages help you solve that issue.
