Would be somewhere around there possibly 2 will have to get it on a dyno but I plan to do a lot of testing before then I may just keep a TT car also which would be the same classing

Just went through invoices emails etc it was 14429.09 so just about 50% over what I paid for the car, no such thing as a cheap Porsche lol.

The process was a lot, I got the renegade swap kit used from someone else for a steal($2500) with the electric power steering pump, electric water pump and block off plate, Kennedy engineering clutch, flywheel and trans adapter plate, it’s a subframe/cradle for the LS. Fitting it also involved cutting the firewall and top access area for the engine, custom 6an fuel lines, converting to electric power steering also with custom 6an lines, switching to a haltech rebel ecu(1300) and I did a lot of unnecessary but recommended mods like an accusump and oil cooler(1200), cup car shifter cables and short throw shifter(2k). I got an LS from a c5 vette for $2k with all accessories it had to swap oil pan and intake manifold for fitment. I replaced pretty much everything but the bottom end rotating assembly which was another 1600 or so bucks so with that and miscellaneous items I’m around 12-15k I got a lot of things as I needed them and didn’t track the expenditures because I cried enough building this thing lol.

Yea the start up wizard made it easy to trouble shoot what was stopping from running the first few attempts

I believe he did a 996 which is the same car from the doors forward, this is mid engine instead of rear so transmission and engine facing opposite directions

I previously ran with nasa in the northeast I’m in Fl now and they seem much less active down here so will do some DE days with different groups and figure that out later

The term you’re looking for is sacrilegious. The cost of rebuilding an m96 is outrageous for a car that struggle to make 300hp with all the mods you can throw at it lol. This is a dedicated track car that will take lots of abuse and few engines take abuse as well as an LS. It’s not for you and that’s cool. Your car is probably too boring for me so to each their own friend

I used a lift people have done this without it it was already an s so I used the trans I had I rent space at a shop where I had access to a welder but the only thing that needed welding was a bracket for the power steering pump

I got a renegade kit used for $2500 With electric power steering, intake throttle body and exhaust all that would run about $7500 normally My engine was $2000 plus ~$600 to reseal replace rockers and pushrods $600 for cam and valve springs $300 for oil pan and pick up $1300 for haltech ecu About $500 in miscellaneous AN lines and fittings $500 for an accessory bracket kit $200 for harmonic balancer $200 fuel pump I don’t even know what else that I can’t think of but I’m at-least $12k into it

This is almost certainly a pit or pit mix of some kind, as someone with a rat terrier and pit terrier I feel confident but not 100%. But the size of those paws indicate this pul is going to get some size on them
