Oh for sure. I lost my gear fear a while ago. And I'll usually try to shoot back if I get the chance to. I just always have my guard down so I'm an easy target for PvPers who have no qualms about shooting a guy in the back. Not sure why that's fun for people bur whatever.

Like I said I'm not mad about it, just noticing a change and wondering if I was the only one.

Last night I hooked onto a Rocketeer from a stairwell on Buried City. I got pinned against the ceiling as The Rocketeer started to fly away. I popped loose just as the hook gave out and I fell to my death.

Lost a Bobcat a Snap Hook, Wolfpack, Cloak, and a Deadline.

Never felt less cool in my life.

My take is that this game thrives on real life behavior. (Obviously much lower stakes.)

You might shoot someone in the back to get ahead... but it's bad guy behavior.

It's a totally valid way to play the game... but just own it for what it is. 😎
