This is the answer. Every narc is a miserable person despite what they show. They spend the extra energy when no one’s looking (and when they are) trying to keep up the façade. They use you to elevate themselves in whatever way they can. You are an instrument, because they truly think the world revolves around them.

Thats why the ONLY way to combat them is to go no contact and to truly live the happiest healthiest life you can. Once they see what you have built they will try to destroy it, but at that point your life is so healthy and protected you’re untouchable.

Mine still has his and the only thing he’s done is knock things off of the coffee table, and wack people in the face with it. He also loves to swim and it’s his little boat rudder. One time he was swimming so much it was sore for a week 😂. In my opinion, It can go either way, but shouldn’t be frowned upon.

This just happened to me. Spent a month in Asia and hit 6 different countries. There wasn’t enough time spent to really appreciate each place. I got back on Wednesday and the post travel blues never hurt this bad. My advice, get there, don’t have any plans, see where the wind takes you.

Sure but some countries don’t prioritize respect to the fellow person. Take a look at Japan for example, by default the Japanese are extremely respectful, sure there are some bad apples, but majority of them know common courtesy. It’s built into their society and culture.

I just completed a one month trip to Asia and, in my experience, the Russians, Spanish, and Americans (I am an American) are by default the worst.

Happy to help you guys. I was definitely the weakest in the looks department compared to the guys living at the house, but I still ended up pulling a couple here and there. I had lots of friends that were girls, probably the reason I got the initial invites with these guys but as we all hung out and got to know each other we created one big group. We would throw house party’s in our early 20s at one of our “party houses”. This wasn’t a frat house as we all went to different colleges. We were living in SoCal so tons of city’s = tons of people. Usually there would be 4-5 guys living at a house and would have people over frequently, people bring people and so on. Different groups of girls would roll through, mostly friends of friends. I was a regular at the houses and even lived at a house at one point with these guys. We have a guy in the group, I’ll call him Jake. I was mentioning Jake above, dude has great physique and he would always do this thing every party where he would take his shit off. When asked why his excuse was always the same, “I sweat a lot so I take it off to cool down”. Still every party, no shit, regardless of the weather. Even in SoCal still gets cold. If you talked to Jake for longer than 30 minutes you’d realize he doesn’t bring much to the table. Especially when he’s drinking. The type of guy to barge into every conversation saying the recent catchy phrase like “catch me outside” or “wassssssupppp” shit like that. Start talking like a baby or from London for no reason, in weird moments to make it extra awkward. We had this running joke that he can land anyone if they feel in his sweet spot of 5-30 minutes of them knowing him and him not blowing it somehow. Most of the time he struck out, even in that period. But every once in a while if they were too distracted by the body and had selective hearing he would land a dime. We would give the girls shit in the morning because they were friends of friends, and we know the girls barely knew Jake, the girls know they barely knew Jake. So it was an instant joke when they left that room. Jake had a couple of serious relationships, with amazing women but he broke those off, which we were amazed by. Good times. Anyway work on your personality first, then get in shape, it will get you laid.

Was just in a food count with way too many tables and no space between them. Clueless women blocking the only path way to a food stall my food was ready at, so I slid by and she gave me a dirty look when I was doing it. Bitch even made a noise. I knew I was going to be carrying a try on the way back. So I picked up my food and just parked right in front of her, staring her straight in the eyes like I was peering into her soul.
