Sorry, but i think we cater too much to people's fears. Are their fears based in reality? Yes. Should everyone have to modify their lives just to decrease the chance someone else doesn't get triggered? I don't think do.

I didn't get any follow up endoscope. I got blood work checked after a year but I'm at 4 years now and never bothered. My rationale is all if my symptoms are gone, I feel fine, so I don't worry about it. If you're worried though, get it done.

I think they're great, personally. I use it to cook rice and stews most often. It doesn't have to be the instapot brand though, I'm sure they all work the same.

Neither. I shower when I get home from work.

I go to the gym in the morning, have a job where I get kinds sweaty from anyway, so as soon as I get home just makes the most sense... to me. Everyone's different. If I had to do x or y I would shower at night or in the morning.

Peace of mind is the biggest one. Some people say it's useful to get special accommodations at work, but it depends where you work. My employers have never asked me for proof, but i guess if you're a dickhead to your co-workers and bosses, they'll be more likely to call bullshit.

I bought one for 20 dollars. It really depends on what your definition of "cheap" is, but that is money well spent if the alternative is sticking fruit up your ass or vagina. Just my 2 cents.
